Now its just all about maintaining my NEW body ♥ It is true you can accomplish whatever you put your mind to 110% with… patience you’ll get there! It is MARVELOUS the inspiration I have given to myself!! I have learned that I CAN get what I want if I work for it, work HARD for it and possibly sacrifice some stuff. I’ve learned to ask myself ‘is the GOAL BIGGER than ‘this’ that I should be sacrificing?’ If my answer is YES more than no (which it usual is)…then I will accomplish my goal! Now that the goal (besides the Flat Belly) has been accomplished. I am now reaching for NEW goals! Minus the FEAR because YES fear is also ‘I can’t’… Fear is the devil and I’m imagining what MY LIFE will be like living with out fear ♥ a lot of BIG girl decisions coming up and I can NOT wait to share!!! To be 135 is the goal and I am 5 pounds away depending on the day lol but even if I don’t make it ( which I will) I am SUPER surprised and joyous with the strides I’ve made. From 173 down to 140 5’5 WITH MY CURVES ♥ High Five to myself and I thought I couldn’t get the body I wanted because I didn’t have that extreme work out ethic… HA! I gave it up! I finally kicked the habit of Mayo on ER’THANG, Burgers, no more pepperoni pizza, bread is down to an only-when-eatn-out minimum and pasta …well I haven’t been to Olive Garden since waaaay before Christmas of 2012! I haven’t had lamb chops or even a steak. I learned how to ‘exercise’ with out feeling like I was. Low impact work outs worked (is working) for me. I dont have the eat—whatever-you-want-but-have-a-fabulous-body, body. So me, myself and I had to change my eatn. All this in the last 5 months. It took (is taking) time to get the body I want BUT I’m the Turtle not the Hare. So today I weighed in AT 140 ♥ HA! From 173 to 140 ….I believe that’s 33 pounds. 140 in a size 8 at 5’5!!!!
