Sooooooo Greeks Pizza with @lashg was AMAZING! But I felt so greedy for eating that whole (small) pizza (cheese) …..all to myself. I had a goal of running 3 miles today….DONE. Then pizza …so I came and hopped on the treadmill for an hour. At the end of the day I walked over at 10 miles. The most I’ve ever done in my life. Well I don’t know about my life but definitely since January. The cool part is I guess I’ve inspired a few folks to start #Juicing with out even saying anything. A few ladies at work decided they wanted to start after seeing me. So Miss Beth brought her juicer to work and ‘NOON O’Clock is Juice O’Clock’ has begun (Nobody calls it that but me lol). Todays juice #Spinach #Bananas #Organges #Apples #Strawberries Yum. Yum. Plus this is how God works: I didn’t have enough Fruits to bring to work today for a snack BUT I had spinach at home and pitched in for the office juice and now my hunger is gone!
